This armchair tour of New York City explores the “old neighborhoods” — the Lower East Side, Jewish Harlem, and East New York to name just a few. Among the views of historic synagogues: the Spanish & Portuguese Synagogue, Temple Emanu-El, Forest Hills Jewish Center, Central Synagogue and Temple Beth El of Borough Park. Cantors Yossele Rosenblatt and Richard Tucker will serenade us through this must see tour of old New York. Question and answer session following presentation.
